About the Program

This meeting is about bringing young people from across Africa to educate them about Leadership in Africa and how they can positively contribute towards the bad governance structure we are currently experiencing. To mentor those young people as they go through challenging life transition, including dealing with the stressful changed at home while transitioning to adulthood

Mentorship is very important for those young leaders in Africa because it helps to bring the best out of the people they lead. It generates confidence, inspires trust and fast tracks team development.

Youth leadership is part of youth development process and supports the young people in developing

The ability to analyze his or her own strength and weakness, set personal growth and vocational goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation and the abilities to carry out as a means of developing Africa.
